If you are trying to pay a bill for a recently completed service, check your email for your invoice from Team Advanced and follow the link to 'pay balance here'.

An alternative way to pay a bill is by using our Team Advanced Customer Portal.

Your Customer Portal is the quickest way to pay open invoices, request service, and view service history.

If you would like more information on how to get started, follow the steps below.

STEP 2 2

First time portal users must create a new account by selecting 'Request an invitation'.

STEP 3 3

Verify your email: enter in the email address that is associated with your Advanced service account. If you are unsure about which email to use, you can enter the email address that we sent your last invoice to.

STEP 4 4

You will receive a verification email with the subject line: Customer Portal Registration. Follow the link to 'Click here to get started'.

STEP 5 5

You will now be directed to a page to create your username and password.

STEP 6 6

You are now fully registered and can now log in pay an open invoice. Once logged in, you will see your Open Balance(s) on the left and your Service History on the right.
